How it works — two shafts in parallel, safely and quickly.
Two separate sorting units feed cores and spacers to the loading stations. The first work step aligns the drive lug to the keyway; the second pushes a core-spacer unit onto each side.
Two shafts in parallel
Simultaneous loading of both winding shafts guarantees the cycle time of max. 72 seconds — even at small slit widths.
Pneumatic rotary table
12 shaft positions rotate in cadence between load and fill stations.
Drive lug alignment
Automatic positioning relative to the shaft keyway before every loading cycle.
Safety interlocks
Loading only occurs when an empty shaft is detected at the load position — no double-loading possible.
Freely programmable controller
Flexible adaptation to varying core and spacer geometries via the program.
Standard utilities
220 V supply, 6 bar pneumatics — easy integration into existing production environments.
